So I had used these guys a couple of times of the past 2 years for spring ac tune ups, then New Year’s Eve I heard a sound like a firework going off by my ac unit I went to check it and hear a hissing sound coming from it. I put it on The back burner as it was too cold to use ac at the time couple months later as it warmed up I turned on the unit and no surprise to me no ac working, so I called Alli to send a tech out to check it, turned out there was a bullet hole thru the outside condenser unit hitting the coil so I lost all my Freon. Fortunately the unit was only a 6 year old Goodman so the parts were still under warranty except Goodman had no coils in stock so offered to replace the whole condenser unit instead, Ali and I agreed upon a cash price to have his guy instal while I was working on a project when the tech Jay was done he swung by the job and I paid him and he informed me that the unit install came with 1 free tune up as he wasn’t able to get into the house as I was not home and also a 12 month install warranty the warranty he sent was a little vague and didn’t mention the model or make of unit replaced. Well then it got Texas hot and I set my upstairs thermostat to 76 degrees and I started to notice in the afternoons it would climb to 82 upstairs even when the sun dropped it would be the middle of the night before getting back to 76 So then I tried reaching out to Ali on multiple times by phone email and text and the same to his guy Jay that installed the unit and I was ghosted every time absolutely woefully customer service on a unit they installed 3 months earlier! I gave up trying to get hold of them and called Reliant and found the Coil was blocked in the attic due to contamination in the new Freon installed that cost another $1300 to replace the coil. Sad thing is this new 18 sear unit still doesn’t work as good as the one it replaced as the upstairs temp still starts its upward migration every time it gets over 95 outside and I’ve lived here 18 years and we have never had that problem till now even when we had the 14 Sear state select builders special when we moved in! I have no idea why this company would risk a bad review when they could simply have reached out to me is quite frankly dumb, as a contractor myself reviews are the lifeblood of a buisness and when one of your existing customers has a problem with something you have done just respond to them or you will pay the price one way or another!!! Ryan came out on short notice to help us with an AC issue. We had one of the bigger HVAC companies come out and do some preventive maintenance on two of our AC units before the summer heat (offered a special promotion). We found out that they didn’t do much at all in regards to maintenance. Both filters were full of debris and one of the drain lines was blocked. Ryan took care of the issues and taught us a few things on how to maintain the units. Thank you Ryan! You’ve got a customer for life.

I had Ali install my heating and cooling units 1 year ago and now I have been trying to contact him and goes straight to voice mail. I have had friends use him to perform installs and have known Ali for 6 years. Ali is usually not like this and is on top of his stuff. I have emailed and tried many ways to contact. Not sure what is going on but have done a lot of business with him. I have submitted multiple requests for them to reach out to me on their website and no one has replied. I hope the owner is fine and they should reach out. Please provide better contact info because Ali number goes straight to voice mail
