On time arrival (actually early); troubleshooting completed and the underlying cause of the electrical problem was determined. They were able to make the fix right away, as they had parts on the truck. Work performed by Benchmark Electrical also has a warranty. I am pleased with the responsiveness of the company and having everything fixed without a second visit.

The finest experience with any kind of workman who has ever come to do work in this home. Bryan was not just professional, but patient and kind with my 95 year old mother, explaining things more than once when necessary, was here on time, I could go on and on about him and the company he represents. The woman making the appointment was cheerful, even willing to refer us to another company if we were not comfortable waiting 3 days for them. It was clear that she was more concerned about our fear of a dangerous electrical issue than securing the job for them. These are good human beings and know their business. We have everything we need to share photos with clear explanations with the patriarch of the family who was not here for the consultation. The work we did had them do today was impeccable. Love this company.

Appointment got moved up by a day which was convenient for me. Easy, friendly scheduling process. Glenn was very professional and knowledgeable. Service was completed quickly and with care. I received a thorough explanation of the problem and how Glenn was going to solve it before he started the work. Couldn’t ask for an easier, better experience.

Fast, efficient and fair. I recently had an issue with smoke with an electrical smell. I first called the fire department to come and do a quick check and they suggested leaving the circuit off until electrician could come by. Since I work from home I was hoping to get the Issue fixed very quickly after doing a quick Google search I found Benchmark, electric local to 76227. Since I had nothing else to go by, I selected them due to proximity and star rating. However within three hours they had technician Bryan Fuentes at my door. He was clean dressed, had shoe covering and respectful. He immediately went to work and diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem without using a lot of jargon. He was so efficient I requested a second appointment to inspected the rest of the house. Of course I hope to never have another need for an electrician, but if I do, I have their number in my phone.

I have used the services of Benchmark Electrical several times and am always very happy with the quality of work. The main office customer service is excellent and responsive. The tech is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a person of integrity.
