On installation day, the installers called to say they would be about 2 hour late. Jasmine Stephens1 StarDo not use. We scheduled their service for AC and thermostat installation days in advance. On day of original service, no one showed up or called us about our appointment or need to reschedule. We called and they assured us a technician would arrive. Then we were contacted by a manager the following day indicating our appointment would be expedited. But again no one showed up or called us. On day 3 we were preparing to have a different company help but their technician called and assured us they would arrive, but again no-showed. We called their company and they told us they had other emergencies and couldn’t help us and no explanation for coming help or reschedule. Horrible service, would not recommendSaturday 8th July 2023
