Work done: Replace electrical breaker for water heater Duration: less than 1 hour I was having issues with my water heater and had called a plumber to fix it as it was only 18 months old. After replacing some elements (under warranty) and running some tests, the plumber finally left my house late last night and let me know it was most likely an electrical issue. I have used probably half a dozen electricians over the years, but Ferguson was recommended to my by the plumber, so I gave them a call as soon as the plumber left. I was told they could have someone out first thing in the morning (830 AM). By 845, Joe had already diagnosed the issue and was replacing the breaker. The price was less than I expected, and within the "average" cost of replacing one breaker. Joe addressed all of my concerns and questions in a professional manner and was completely straight forward with me regarding pricing, something that seems rarer and rarer these days. I will be calling Ferguson from now on.

Rapid response, excellent technicians, great experience overall. I put in a request late last night and got a callback earlier this morning. My issue was resolved quickly in a thorough manner. Everything was explained so there were no surprises with the invoice. Highly recommend.
