Olukemi Funmilayo5 StarI called Helou Technical Services to come by and replace the batteries to my Liftmaster gate operator. We agreed on a price. The technician discovered that rat had eaten the harness. He also discovered that the camera was properly installed. The technician not only efficiently replaced the batteries, he also repaired the harness and properly installed the camera at no additional charges. He also lubricated the chain that slides the gate operator. He was very friendly and professional. He was not in a hurry, but instead patiently took care of everything issue with my gate operator. Many technicians have performed various services for me in the past. I have not been more pleased with any of them than Helou Technical Services.
