We’ve had three electrical warranty claims / issues from work that this company did not do properly at the time of build in our new house in less than six months (whereas there have been minimal problems with other contractors’ work). Their workmanship is poor, it is clear that it was lazily done in the first place with no efforts made to quality check. On the third time that their rep was called back to service one of the issues (which was admittedly not a complex fix), he yelled out “oh my god man!” when I showed him the defect I was asking him to fix….as if it was my fault that it wasn’t done properly the first time and I was inconveniencing him. We’re forced to work with these guys through our builder, but if you can hire your own, there are better choices.

The front desk person is so rude , They don’t listen to your problems and start yelling at you . She disconnected the phone while I was still talking . Looks like she does not like her job. I would never recommend this business. The outlets have never installed correctly and since the day I moved I am facing the issues.

Appears I am not alone is posting about driving habits of company personnel. This time it was about truck 104. He apparently didn’t want to be passed even though they were driving 20 mph BELOW the speed limit. At the next traffic light, he was behind me until light changed when he got in right turn lane and then cut right in front of me. I had to slam on brakes so not to hit him. If driving is this dangerous, could not imagine how good there work is. Would not recommend them. Also, tried to contact the company via phone. Could not get a person and no return call.

It's not a good look when the person driving your truck (truck 212 to be exact) feels it necessary to cut someone off so closely that it required them to slam on their brakes to avoid an accident. Instead of getting in the lane needed ahead of time, the person driving this truck decided to make a sharp right to take an exit ramp and nearly took off my front bumper this evening. I certainly know one company that I would only use as a last resort.

I had In Charge install an outlet in my garage and was pleased with their work. I called the office with a question after the work was complete and Brenda Rodriquez was very helpful in getting me an answer.
