I feel very lucky to have found Chris to repair no power issue on part of my rental property. I figured it’s probably an issue on one of the outlets or switches since the breaker did not trip and still got voltage coming out of the breaker. I was baited by another electric company that offered $55 to come out and diagnose the problem that ended up giving me an estimate of $630 for a flat diagnostic and repair after looking at the issue. I asked them that they don’t go by per hour rates and the tech said no. I knew it’s not the job that will normally take more than an hour or so and didn’t think that was reasonable at all. So I googled again for an electrician by the hour near me and found Chris. Upon sending the request for quote, I got a call and text back from him shortly. Very cool guy to talk to. He came out next morning on his way to the job and found the switch that had loose connection and fixed it for $100.(had to check several outlets and switches). I feel very fortunate to have found an electrician that I can trust that he won’t rip me off. I am definitely keeping his number.

Chris was amazing. I called him up on New Years Eve because my garage door would not open. I thought I was going to have to make an appointment - he walked me thru resoling the issue on the phone - NO CHARGE. He was really great. Guess who I'm calling when I need an electrician for something more substantial in my home? Mr. Chris Independent Electrician.

Chris did an excellent job and was very efficient with the job he performed for us. We had a new kitchen island pendant light installed to a wifi dimmer switch that I picked out. Everything was done professionally and he was very professional himself. Would recommend to anyone. I will probably use him when it gets closer to our landscape lighting outside.

I needed electrical lines ran to my outdoor shed as well as some outlets and lights installed inside and outside of it. Chris came out to give me an estimate and once we agreed on the cost and schedule he came back in a few days to complete the job. It was done on time and in budget and I am very happy with the results. I will recommend him to anyone that is in need of any electrical work.

Chris was absolutely, positively excellent! Can't say enough good things about him. Excellent quality work with no corner cutting. He's also very reasonable. Lastly, he's very fair. For example, we needed an extra box and some conduit pipe that wasn't in the original scope of work. I offered to pay him extra for it but he said no problem - don't worry about it.
