I had an excellent experience with this AC company. My home is a new build, and I was concerned about a noise coming from the AC unit. After contacting the builder, they referred me to this company. Christian answered my call and was very professional, assuring me that he would send someone right away. Jose arrived shortly after, despite it pouring down rain that day. He was extremely helpful and addressed the issue promptly. I was highly impressed with their quick response and dedication. This review is long overdue from January 2024, but I wanted to make sure to share my positive experience. Highly recommended!

I had to get my whole AC system replaced since it was put in the house while the dinosaurs were still on earth. Being a pretty expensive purchase I talked to many AC companies and researched different brands. I was very happy with the price Kyle gave me for a Lennox unit. He came out to look what needs to be done and stick to his first quote. It was very easy to schedule. The installers were very friendly and efficient too. Overall I'm very happy with my decision.

I purchased a brand new 3Ton American Brand Air Conditioner cooling and heating System in May 2023. Kyle was straight forward to work with I liked that he was not a typical pushy sales guy. You would think he was part of the family that own the company- (its a family owned business). There were some small difference in the options agreed and signed for, and installed, which he has offered to look into for credit. He provided warranty registration as requested. Kyle sent a very nice crew to remove old unit and install new. I cannot say enough good things about the friendly install crew he sent. The lead installer Maurice was is very professional, knows his work, works quickly and quietly. He get on and completes and tests install, inside and outside. He us open to listening to any concerns or requests and resolves. I was impressed that he speaks very little English, but communicates very well. Did installed new unit in same location as old unit.I would trust him and want him any time I need an A/C Tech service. It was a pleasant experience using this company and would recommend.

IMES was a good company to work with. Kyle was professional and communicative, and we were impressed with the attitude and effort displayed by the install crew. The install took a significant amount of time longer than estimated, due to an issue with a tool. However, the crew came back the next day and finished the job up after getting a replacement tool. Overall a good experience.

Jake was my service guy. Very polite and knowledgeable. Quoted me at an affordable and respectable price. We scheduled the install which took around 4 hours. They replaced inside and outside unit in a quick amount of time. Installers were great and did not waste any time. Happy with the overall service.
