From the initial call, they were super friendly and professional. They answered all my questions patiently and explained the whole process clearly. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and they even managed to fit me in sooner than expected!
The technicians who arrived were prompt, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They completed the installation of the EV charging receptacle quickly and explained everything I needed to know about using it. It was clear they were true experts in their field.
