We used Lex's recently for the first time and had a great experience. Jimmy came to our house and diagnosed the issue quickly. He worked to line out crews to perform the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. While the work did require them to dig a large hole in my front yard they cleaned up after themselves and you could barely tell they were here. I highly recommend Lex's plumbing and especially Jimmy.

These guys are really good. David showed up right on time & got straight to work. He surveyed the situation, identified the problem, & prepared a detailed estimate of costs. I knew what I was going to be charged before he started the work. After I approved the estimate, he started the repair. I’m sure his estimate of time required didn’t take into account all of the complexities of the job, but that didn’t matter in the final invoice. It was EXACTLY what the estimate originally said. David made sure the repair was professionally completed & cleaned up the work area afterwards. Their 12 month guarantee on parts & labor is something I can count on. I highly recommend Lex’s Plumbing for any of your residential plumbing needs. Be sure to request David…you won’t be disappointed.

In getting to a wall pipe, the plumber had to saw through drywall and in the process, hit an electrical line. They finished up the plumbing job nicely and then, without argument, sent out an electrician to repair the electrical problem. Lex showed amazing customer service throughout this entire process. I highly recommend Lex's Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing need.
