They are very very expensive, charged $480 for replacing a $34.00 20amp circuit breaker which got jammed. Never gonna use Mr. Electric again. It took them 3 minutes to replace it.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear. Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for such a great job.

I was remodeling a bathroom and needed the electical switches and plugs replaced. The communication from the company is fantastic. They text you a link with the technician's profile so you know who is coming to the door. The work was fast and clean. Great service and I highly recommend. My technician was Bryan and he was articulate, thorough, professional, and did the job right.

Full disclaimer: I did not hire the company, so I can't speak to the work, but they seem well-versed and knowledgeable. They quoted me a price that was too much, almost when you suspect that the company doesn't want to do the work. I am only speculating on that last part as I am not sure if that was the case. I got a second opinion, and the new company quoted me 75% less than Mr. Electric. When I contacted Mr. Electric again, they took off the "membership" price of $89, which they didn't communicate before adding it to the quote. The membership gives you a 15% discount on each line item. Their new total with the 15% still intact also lowered the cost on some line items but increased other line items significantly. When I asked about this, there wasn't a solid answer. Get a second opinion. The company's work is probably great, but they will charge you a ridiculous amount.
