Edward and Ruben made a visit to fix a malfunctioning fuse and a damaged amp outlet in my Lewisville home. Initially, they hadn't informed me that they operate on a flat hourly fee of $112. The following day, I noticed that the outlet was still not functioning, so I had to request their services again. They charged me an additional $112 to mend what they had previously claimed to have fixed. However, when I got in touch with their supervisor, Josiah, he promptly resolved the issue. He was understanding and refunded me for the additional charge. I appreciated their exceptional customer service.

Josiah and his team did an impressive job installing a subpanel in my barn/shop in Lewisville. This task also included 125 ft of trenching and underground wiring. They wired the entire house and took care of both interior and exterior lighting installation. Their professionalism was truly remarkable. The inspection process was smooth and problem-free. He exhibited true professionalism and ample experience in the field. Before commencing the repair, he thoroughly explained the issue and walked me through his planned solution. I've engaged their services twice and I'm impressed with their open availability, perfect for emergency electrical needs. Ruben shows up, quickly completes the task at hand, and bills at a reasonable rate. What's not to like about this Lewisville electrician service? My only suggestion would be the inclusion of an online payment option, as currently, you have to call or mail your payment. But overall, a great service.
