Good place to work as long as you show up and work. Update! I've been with this company for 15 years and in this facility for the last 8. While the management makes questionable decisions at times the people who work here and build the product are great. They care about putting the best product out the door and into aircraft. The company does mandate overtime to meet customers demands but they pay decent wages and most of the team leaders are willing to work with employees for their needs. I still enjoy working here and don't intend to leave

Upper Management is horrible causing excessive overtime that is mandatory. Quality Control personnel show favoritism as do the Dept managers. Parts used to build products are cheap. Company always wanting employees to donate to so many causes that you feel like their cash cow. Sexual misconduct not taken seriously. Excessive cancer diagnosis in employees. Horrible experience for me. Waste 11 years of my life there.

Depending on where you work, you could get a good, mediocre or mean boss. You might not be allowed to recharge your MP3 player, because that is stealing their electricity. Some of the supervisors will search through your tool bags, looking for cell phones. The inspection department is incredibly convoluted and makes simple and reliable inspection a horrible nightmare for everyone involved, without adding any value to the product.Upper and middle management comes and goes frequently. The engineering department frequently does not know the difference between a left shoe and a right shoe.The union gets you higher wages, but otherwise does not help you, even if you loyally support them. Overall, definitely not a happy or positive workplace.

Great place to work. Every place you work has some kind of issues but I have enjoyed the 9 months I have been working there.. Update years later still enjoying working at Safran.

Great food! They even had gluten free options as well for my wife with Celiac Disease.
