In previous months, I dreaded going to Home Depot as it was hard for me to find what I needed, but recently, it was made so much easier, I easily located an employee who greeted me and asked if I needed assistance making themselves available to my needs. I was very relieved, pleased, and satisfied. I will definitely go to Home Depot more. Every time I visit this store I always get the best customer service. All the associates are always prompt to ask if I need help finding something and are very patient in walking with the customers to ensure they are taken care of. From the greeting at the door to the process at the cashier, everything is always seamless! What truly impressed me was Gavin’s attention to detail. He took the time to understand the specifications of our dining table and painstakingly identified the correct screws and bolts needed to complete our project. His thoroughness and dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed were truly remarkable. Not only did Gavin provide exceptional service during our visit, but he also demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made our shopping experience truly enjoyable.

My husband and I rented a skid steer. We forgot to clean the bucket. Luckily we brought it back 30 minutes early. The guys there were nice enough to let us use their power washer to clean it so we didn’t get a cleaning fee. That’s customer service!! Thanks again!

Brought back a power washer that wasn’t working properly. Was told they’d test it to make sure it wasn’t working properly like I’d said. The guy tested it elsewhere and radioed to the other employee saying it works fine and to charge me full price. Truly wish I’d taken a video of how poorly the water trickled out but it is what it is. Customer service could use some serious work.

Just went to Home Depot. And got a lot of stuff to build a deck and the workers were so rude didn’t even help my 65 yr old dad load the wood and Concrete blocks it was the Worst Service ever I had to have my 13 yr old do all there work for them yall suck do a better job
