JD Dorothy5 StarBeen a customer for almost 8 years. Kevin is extremely responsive to all our tech issues. Recently, I experienced a receiver system anomaly. He attempted to troubleshoot via telephone. Unbeknownst to me a I/O cable had backed out during routine exhaust fan cleaning and interrupted “Zone2” music. Kevin availed himself, in-line with our schedule, with a new replacement receiver - at his initial cost - and payed us a house call. He found the issue within minutes (didn’t I feel stupid) and corrected the cable mis-alignment. Since he had installed all of our home entertainment system he was uniquely familiar with our needs as well as troubleshooting any issues. He is awesome resource for all your A/V Tech needs.
